Computer Services and File Management

Direct Response Data Management (DRDM) is our computer service bureau.  DRDM handles a variety of tasks critical to the direct mail process.  Full database management, list services, and processing list exchanges/rentals are just a few examples. 

Of the utmost importance are: address hygiene and mail optimization.  To improve the deliverability of your mailings, we use data sources to provide current, complete and accurate addresses. 

DRDM strives to produce the highest quality at the lowest possible mailing costs through presorting of mailing lists and CASS certification.  We conform to USPS specifications and provide all the necessary mailing reports.
